Pay attention to the slack of the transmission body such as the coupling, pulley, sprocket, gear, etc., the tightness of the belt and the sprocket, and the meshing clearance of the gear, etc. should be guaranteed to be in a normal state. If it is found that the splitter has abnormal noise or vibration, the splitter should be stopped immediately. If there is no split output in the corresponding gap times or the split output is not stable or no output at a certain position, you can remove the splitter mechanism and open the back cover of the mechanism with the consent of the splitter manufacturer to view the reason.

　　 4. If the needle bearing in the split turret is damaged, you can take out the output split shaft and replace the needle bearing.

　　 5. If the cam is damaged, it can no longer be used, please contact the splitter manufacturer to replace the cam, without damage or lightness, it can still be used, but the user cannot adjust the axial position of the splitter without permission.
